EPEA NEWS:

NEW SALARY IMPLEMENTED TODAY:

Today marks the application of your new salary for the 23-24 school year.

In the EAC you should see your new rate of pay applied.  Note: family medical contribution changes come on the 4/15 paycheck.

To check your new rate of pay, please follow the steps provided:

  1. Locate your 23-24 salary on the salary schedule

  2. Divide that yearly salary amount by either 20 or 24, depending on if you elected to have 20 or 24 payroll checks.

  3. Look at the third column titled “Current.” Your new rate should appear on the top row.

  4. * Not sure if your new EAC number is accurate?  Communication from HR/Business Office came out this week, or click here for a video from Dominic

     For example:

  • An employee who was on STEP G BA 45 last year.

  • Now STEP H BA 45 this year (Newly labeled STEP 7).

  • 23-24 salary = $67,628 annually

  • Individual receives 24 pay checks

  • New Current Rate = $67,628 / 24 = $2,817.83

The district's communication department has asked that EPEA members change their email signatures to honor the major "100 Year Celebration" events coming this spring.  The Communications department would like there to be a "vein of coming back together' after our season of negotiations.

If you would like to shift back to the “100 Year” logo, please do so.  If you would like to use the joint image pictured below, please use the resources found here to do so: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IDpDFIdSu-NLko4hH-Zlo2fvpx1y9LmY/edit
